Any and all concerns raised in this form will be addressed during our weekly meetings (Sundays from 6 PM - 9 PM). Submissions made before 11:00 AM on Friday will be addressed during that following Sunday's General Assembly (GA) meeting during open forum (meetings are every week except during reading weak and finals) . Any concerns submitted following 11:00 AM will be addressed in the next week's GA.
The GA's response to the concerns will be summarized in the following week's committee report in the executive report section. If you choose to include your name, the WSA's Chief of Staff will also reach out to you within a week of debate with a summary of the GA's discussion and any future steps we plan to take. As always, an approved minutes document is made available by the end of the next meeting.
